口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停合并失眠的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:分析口腔矫治器(OA)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与失眠共病(COMISA)的效果。方法:选取2023年3月至2023年10月泉州市第一医院收治的COMISA患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用OA治疗。治疗前后行多导睡眠图检测,记录呼吸参数与睡眠参数。结果:呼吸参数方面,观察组在治疗后呼吸暂停指数、低通气指数、呼吸暂停低通气指数均显著低于对照组,最低血氧饱和度较高,而最长呼吸暂停时间较短(P<0.05)。睡眠参数方面,观察组在治疗后睡眠潜伏期短于对照组,睡眠效率较高,觉醒指数较低,N3占有效睡眠百分比较高(P<0.05)。结论:OA是COMISA治疗的有效方法,具备较高的应用价值。Objective:To know the effect of oral appliances(OA)on comorbid insomnia and sleep apnea(COMISA).Methods:A total of 78 patients with COMISA were enrolled and randomly divided into a study group(n=39)and a control group(n=39).The control group received routine treatment;the study group received OA treatment based on routine treatment.Polysomnography was performed before and after treatment,and the respiratory and sleep parameters were recorded.Results:Regarding respiratory parameters,the study group had significantly lower apnea index,hypopnea index,and apnea-hypopnea index compared to the control group after treatment,and the lowest SpO 2 was higher,while the longest apnea time was shorter(P<0.05).Regarding sleep parameters,the study group had shorter sleep latency,higher sleep efficiency,lower arousal index,and a higher percentage of N3 than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:OA is an effective COMISA treatment method with high application value.
