摘 要:遗传评估软件在动物领域的应用极大地提高了育种工作效率。随着基因组测序技术不断完善和人工智能技术的兴起,动物遗传评估软件也得到了快速的发展。本文首先介绍了常规育种和基因组育种在动物育种领域的应用,然后重点回顾了GBLUP方法、贝叶斯方法和机器学习以及深度学习方法的全基因组遗传评估软件的特点和发展历史,最后展望了计算机软件在动物遗传评估育种中的未来发展趋势,旨为动物育种领域的研究人员提供相关遗传评估软件的参考。The application of genetic evaluation software in the animal field has greatly improved the efficiency of breeding work.With the continuous improvement of genome sequencing technology and the rising of artificial intelligence technology,animal genetic evaluation software also experienced rapid development.This paper firstly introduced the application of conventional breeding and genomic breeding in the field of animal breeding,then focused on reviewing the characteristics and development history of genome-wide genetic evaluation software of GBLUP method,Bayesian method,machine learning and deep learning method,and finally discussed the future development trend of computer software in animal genetic evaluation and breeding,which is intended to provide relevant genetic evaluation software references for researchers in the field of animal breeding.
