摘 要:探讨微信+案例工作坊模式在胸心血管外科临床本科见习教学中的应用效果。选取在胸心血管外科见习的108名见习生作为研究对象,随机平分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统的线下教学方法进行教学;研究组采用微信+案例工作坊模式进行教学,同时对比总体教学效果:对比两组理论和技能考核成绩;对比两组教学满意度;根据研究内容制成《微信+案例工作坊问卷星调查表》,通过微信平台对研究组学生进行教学改革效果评价。结果发现:研究组学生的理论、技能和总成绩均高于对照组;研究组学生的教学满意度高于对照组;问卷星调查结论表明教学改革效果达到了预期的教学目的,教学效果满意。微信+案例工作坊教学模式激发了学生的学习激情,提高了学生的主动性、参与度和临床思维能力,具有良好的教学效果。To explore the application effect of WeChat+case-based workshop model in clinical undergraduate internship teaching of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery,108 trainees in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was taught by traditional offline teaching method;The research group adopted WeChat+case workshop mode for teaching,and the overall teaching effect is compared:Compare the theoretical and skill assessment results of the two groups;Compare the teaching satisfaction of the two groups;Adopt self-prepared WeChat+Case Workshop Teaching Model Questionnaire to evaluate the teaching reform effect of the research group students.The theory,skills and total scores of the students in the research group were higher than those in the control group;The teaching satisfaction of the students in the study group was higher than that in the control group;The results of the questionnaire indicate that the teaching reform has a good effect and has improved the comprehensive ability and job competence of students.The teaching mode of WeChat+case workshop stimulates students’learning enthusiasm,promotes students’initiative,participation and clinical thinking ability,and has good teaching effect.
