摘　　要：为使培养的人才胜任智能制造企业技术技能岗位,根据国家职业技能标准和智能制造企业岗位需求,从职业道德、安全文明生产、基础理论知识和专业技能水平等方面,提出专业技能全面、技能技术融合、职业素养一流的智能制造企业技术技能岗位人才需求。为了满足企业需求,提高人才培养质量,对于高职院校机电类相关专业而言,可以从调整人才培养模式、突出能力评价、优化课程体系、形成反馈机制等四个方面着手,构建专业课程体系,不断提升办学水平。In order to meet the typical responsibilities of technical skill posts on electromechanical related majors in intelligent manufacturing enterprises,according to the national vocational skill standards and the post responsibilities of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,from the aspects of professional ethics,safe and civilized production,professional theory knowledge,and professional skill level,we propose the professional talent requirements for technical skill posts in intelligent manufacturing enterprises with comprehensive professional skills,skills and technology integration,and first-class professional literacy.In order to meet the needs of enterprises and improve the quality of talent cultivation,for mechanical and electrical related majors in higher vocational colleges,we should start from four aspects:adjusting talents training mode,highlighting ability evaluation,optimizing the curriculum system,and forming a feedback mechanism,to carry out the construction of the professional curriculum system,and continuously improve the technical college teaching quality and running level.
