摘 要:为降低激光熔覆工艺的能量消耗、减少加工时间,本文提出一种基于能效的激光熔覆工艺参数优化方法。以比能耗作为激光熔覆能效的衡量标准,通过分析激光熔覆各子系统的能耗特性,建立激光熔覆能耗模型。在此基础上,计算系统总能耗与成型体积间的比能耗,构建以比能耗和加工时间为优化目标的激光熔覆工艺参数多目标优化模型并采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行求解。通过对环形薄壁件进行激光熔覆试验,验证了比能耗模型的准确性,并证明优化后的工艺参数能有效提升激光熔覆的能效,减少加工时间。In order to reduce energy consumption and processing time in laser cladding,an energy efficiency based optimization method for laser cladding process parameters was proposed.With the use of specific energy consumption as the measurement standard for laser cladding energy efficiency,a laser cladding energy consumption model was established by analyzing the energy consumption characteristics of each subsystem of laser cladding.On this basis,the specific energy consumption between the total energy consumption of the system and the molding volume was calculated.A multi-objective optimization model for laser cladding process parameters with specific energy consumption and processing time as the objectives was constructed and solved via the NSGA-II algorithm.By laser cladding experiments of circular thin-walled parts,the accuracy of the specific energy consumption model was verified,and it was demonstrated that the optimized process parameters can effectively improve the energy efficiency of laser cladding and reduce processing time.
