摘 要:大跨度玻璃采光屋面常以钢结构做骨架、以玻璃做透光材料,具有跨度大、钢构件重量大、构件零星、位于建筑物平面中心等特点。玻璃采光屋面钢结构安装通常利用塔式起重机、汽车式起重机等设备辅助安装,或搭设满堂支撑架作为平台进行原位安装。针对零星重型钢构件吊装,更需大型塔式起重机或大型汽车式起重机等设备,且起重机行驶及作业部位常需采取结构加固,导致施工成本大幅增加,影响施工工期。此外,采用满堂支撑架法存在搭设高度高、安全隐患大、搭设成本高、室内空间占用时间长、影响后续工序施工等问题。因此,针对大跨度玻璃采光屋面钢结构安装存在的问题进行技术攻关,形成了大跨度玻璃采光屋面钢结构工程滑移施工技术,大幅降低了塔式起重机、汽车式起重机等选用型号及使用频次,无需搭设满堂支撑架,实现了免支撑安装,降低了劳动强度和安全风险,提升了安装效率,节约了施工成本,玻璃采光屋面施工呈现效果和综合效益良好。Large-span daylighting glass roofs generally consist of the steel skeleton and glass as the light transmitting material,which are characterized by large span,heavy steel members,miscellaneous components,location at the planar centers of buildings,etc.Steel structures of daylighting glass roofs are often installed with tower cranes,truck cranes and other equipment,or a full support is set up as a platform for in-situ installation.The use of large-scale tower cranes,truck cranes and other equipment to lift miscellaneous heavy steel members and structural reinforcement for crane running and operation lead to significant increase in construction costs and impact on construction periods.The use of full supports has the shortcomings of high erection heights,great safety hazards,high erection costs,long-time occupation of indoor space,impact on subsequent construction,etc.Through technological breakthrough in installation of steel structures of large-span daylighting glass roofs,the sliding construction technology was developed for steel structure engineering of large-span daylighting glass roofs,which can greatly reduce the model and use requirements for tower cranes,truck cranes and the like.It involves no full support installation,thereby reducing the labor intensity,safety hazards and construction costs,improving the installation efficiency,and making daylighting glass roofs with better effects and comprehensive benefits.
