摘 要:为了解决原有软土隧道盾构掘进下地面沉降快速控制技术只计算单一的盾构掘进参数,导致控制效果不佳的问题,计算盾构机的铰接角度,确定铰接角度与千斤顶行程差间的关系,分析盾构掘进下地面沉降情况,计算盾构千斤顶的侧向压力和注浆空隙数值,设置相应的软土隧道盾构掘进参数,控制和分析软土隧道盾构掘进下多个施工要点,实现对地面沉降的快速控制。实验结果表明,与以往的软土隧道盾构掘进下地面沉降快速控制技术相比,在实际应用中设计的软土隧道盾构掘进下地面沉降快速控制技术,能够将地面沉降数值控制在–4.00~2.00 mm,控制效果更好。In order to solve the problems of conventional rapid ground settlement control for shield tunneling in soft soil,such as calculation of a single shield tunneling parameter and poor control,the technology is suitable for rapid control of ground settlement by calculating the articulation angle of the shield tunneling machine,determining the relationship between the articulation angle and jack stroke difference,analyzing ground settlement in shield tunneling,calculating the lateral pressure of the shield jack and time interval of grouting,setting the parameters of shield tunneling in soft soil,and controlling and analyzing key construction requirements for shield tunneling in soft soil.Experimental results have shown that,compared with the previous technology for rapid ground settlement control of shield tunneling in soft soil,the designed technology for rapid ground settlement control of shield tunneling in soft soil can better control the ground settlement between-4.00mm and 2.00mm.
