摘　　要：预制清水混凝土外墙挂板(简称外墙挂板)是一种安装在主体结构上起装饰与外围护效果的非承重装配式混凝土墙板,其建造方式实现了工业化制造、装配式施工。外墙挂板在安装过程中易受结构或预埋件偏差、就位调节烦琐等因素影响,出现就位偏差大、板缝不顺直、安装效率低等问题。实践表明,研究外墙挂板精装安装技术,对预埋件定位、节点优化、精准就位进行研究,采用组合可调连接件和多方位联动调整等方式,解决了超重外墙挂板就位安装难度大、就位偏差大等问题。Precast fair-faced concrete exterior wall panels(hereinafter referred to as wall panels)are non-load-bearing prefabricated concrete wall panels for decoration and external protection of main structures,subject to industrial manufacturing and prefabricated construction.Wall panels are susceptible to the influence of deviations of structures or embedded parts,cumbersome adjustment of locations and other factors in installation,resulting in large location deviations,irregular slab joints,low installation efficiency,etc.Practice shows that the accurate installation technology for wall panels,on the basis of embedded part location,joint optimization and accurate installation,is a solution to large installation difficulties and location deviations of super heavy wall panels due to integration of adjustable connectors and multi-directional linkage adjustment.
