摘 要:针对玉米秸秆纤维素结构特点,设计1套针对该原料预处理的汽提水解系统装置,阐述该系统和装置的设计原理。用设计的系统和装置处理玉米秸秆并对汽提水解的效果进行测试分析,对玉米秸秆的转化效率等关键参数进行计算。测试得出,预处理后玉米秸秆乙酰丙酸和糠醛的生成率分别为13.20%和11.20%,其纤维素、半纤维素的降解率分别为89.00%、95.20%;与秸秆碳粉进行扫描电镜和红外光谱对比分析显示,原料处理后的微观结构与1600、1510 cm^(-1)木质素特征基团呈现出半碳化的理化特性。This paper designs a set of pre-treatment steam leaching system for the raw materials according to the cellulose structure characteristics of corn straw,and expounds the design principle of the system and equipment.The corn straw was treated with the designed system and equipment,and the effect of steam leaching was tested and analyzed,the key parameters of corn straw transformation efficiency were calculated.The test results show that the generation rates of acetic acid and furfural in corn straw after pretreatment are 13.2%and 11.2%,respectively.The degradation rates of cellulose and hemicellulose are 89.00%and 95.20%,respectively.In addition,the scanning electron microscope and infrared spectroscopy comparison analysis with straw carbon powder show that the characteristic absorption peaks of lignin are 1600 cm^(-1) and 1510 cm^(-1) did not change significantly,indicating that the structure of lignin was not obviously destroyed and was similar to that of straw carbon powder.
