摘 要:针对分散式风力发电多用户群的风-氢-热耦合系统,引入区域共享储能协调方案。以区域共享储能日运行收益最高为上层目标,以分散式风电用户群日运行成本最低为下层目标,建立双层规划模型。上层通过区域共享储能容量优化配置,减少储能投建成本,提升储能的利用率;下层通过分散式风电与电负荷、热负荷、制氢储能的多元互动及区域共享储能服务,优化风-氢耦合系统运行的可靠性、经济性与灵活性。在Matlab软件环境下对内蒙古某分散式多用户群风-氢-热-储系统进行仿真建模与算法高效求解,研究结果表明,在分散式风电用户群间引入区域共享储能可有效降低储能的初始投资,提高系统整体经济性。Regional shared energy storage scheme introduced into a wind-hydrogen-heat coupled system for distributed wind power multi-user groups,which is a two-tier planning model in which the upper tier objective is the highest daily operational benefit from the regional shared energy storage,and the lower tier objective is the lowest daily operational cost for the distributed wind power user group.Among them,the upper layer model achieves the effect of reducing the cost of energy storage investment and increasing the utilization rate of energy storage through the optimal allocation of regional shared energy storage capacity;and the lower level model is designed to optimize the reliability,economy and flexibility of the operation of the wind-hydrogen coupling system through the multiple interactions of distributed wind power with electrical loads,thermal loads,hydrogen storage and regional shared storage services.Modeling and calculation with data from a distributed multi-user cluster wind-hydrogen-heat-storage system in Inner Mongolia.The results show that regional shared energy storage can effectively reduce the initial investment of energy storage and improve the overall economy of the system when it is introduced to the distributed wind power user group.
