摘　　要：目的探讨清热解毒加减方改善慢性子宫内膜炎(CE)致不孕症患者妊娠结局的作用。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月于江西省妇幼保健院门诊就诊的265例CE致不孕症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为研究组(93例)和对照组(172例)。研究组采用清热解毒加减方联合抗生素治疗,对照组采用常规抗生素治疗。比较两组患者的一般情况(年龄、不孕类型、不孕年限、体质量指数、种植日内膜厚度和移植胚胎数等),以及治疗结束后宫腔镜复查情况、组织病理学检查结果和妊娠结局(胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率和不良妊娠率)。结果研究组的白细胞分化抗原(CD)138和CD38转阴率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清热解毒加减方联合抗生素治疗能够改善CE患者的宫腔环境和妊娠结局,其效果较单独使用抗生素更佳。Objective To investigate the effect of Adjusted Qingre Jiedu Formula(AQJF)on the pregnancy outcome of infertility patients caused by chronic endometritis(CE).Methods A total of 265 patients with infertility caused by CE admitted to the outpatient department of Jiangxi Maternal And Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group(93 cases)and control group(172 cases)according to the treatment methods.The study group was treated with AQJF combined with antibiotics,and the control group was treated with conventional antibiotics.The general conditions(age,type of infertility,duration of infertility,body mass index,endometrial thickness on implantation day,number of transferred embryos,etc.),hysteroscopy review after treatment,histopathological examination results and pregnancy outcomes(embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and adverse pregnancy rate)were compared between the two groups.Results The negative conversion rate of cluster differentiation(CD)138 and CD38,embryo implantation rate,and clinical pregnancy rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the adverse pregnancy rate of the two groups.Conclusion AQJF combined with antibiotics can improve uterine cavity environment and pregnancy outcome in patients with CE,and the effect is better than that of antibiotics alone.
