国家区域医疗中心模式下抢救车药品标准化管理的实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在国家区域医疗中心模式下抢救车药品标准化管理的效果。方法按照广州市妇女儿童医疗中心的抢救车药品标准化管理模式对广州市妇女儿童医疗中心柳州医院的40台抢救车进行优化,比较优化前(2022年10月至2023年3月)、优化后(2023年4月至9月)抢救车药品目录的品种数、金额、药品报损占比、取药时间和准确率,利用问卷星调查优化后药品品种是否满足抢救需求。结果观察组取药时间短于对照组,观察组取药准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同工作年限之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),药品品种满足抢救需求。结论国家区域医疗中心模式下的抢救车药品标准化管理效果显著,值得广泛推行。Objective To explore the effect of standardized management of crash carts in the model of the National Regional Medical Center.Methods A total of 40 crash carts in Liuzhou Hospital of Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center were modified according to the standardized management model of first-aid medicine and special skill training was conducted for all medical staff in the hospital.The number of varieties,amount,proportion of reported drug loss,time of taking medicine and accuracy rate of the drug catalog in the crash carts were compared before(October 2022 to March 2023)and after(April to September 2023)the optimization.And the questionnaire was used to investigate whether the optimized drug varieties met the rescue needs.Results The time of taking medicine in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the accurate rate of taking medicine in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference among different working years in the observation group(P>0.05),the optimized drug varieties met the rescue needs.Conclusion The standardized management model with the crash carts under the model of the National Regional Medical Center has remarkable effect,which is worth to be widely implemented.
