摘 要:糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,也是终末期肾病的常见病因。遗传因素、代谢紊乱、氧化应激、炎症反应等与糖尿病肾病的发生发展密切相关,但其发病机制尚不明确。短链脂肪酸是肠道菌群在宿主肠道内发酵膳食纤维主要的代谢产物,通过激活G蛋白偶联受体和去乙酰组蛋白受体参与调节食欲、调节糖代谢、调节脂质代谢、减轻炎症反应等一系列代谢过程,从而在糖尿病肾病的发生发展中可能起到关键作用。本文就短链脂肪酸与糖尿病肾病的关系和相关争议展开综述,旨在为了解短链脂肪酸在糖尿病的发生发展中的作用及为糖尿病肾病预防和治疗提供新的思路。Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus and a common cause of end-stage renal disease.Genetic factors,metabolic disorders,oxidative stress,and inflammatory responses are closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetic kidney disease,but its pathogenesis is still unclear.Short-chain fatty acids are the main metabolites of dietary fiber fermented by intestinal flora in the host intestine.They participate in a series of metabolic processes,such as regulating appetite,regulating glucose metabolism,regulating lipid metabolism,and reducing inflammatory responses by activating G protein-coupled receptors and deacetylhistone receptors,and thus may play a key role in the occurrence and development of diabetic kidney disease.This article discusses the relationship between short-chain fatty acids and diabetic kidney disease and related controversies,in order to provide new ideas for understanding the role of short-chain fatty acids in the occurrence and development of diabetes and the prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
