摘　　要：目的:分析窗口药师指导患儿家长合理用药的应用效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年10月遵义市湄潭县中西医结合医院患儿120例作为研究对象,依据抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组患儿家长接受常规指导,观察组患儿家长接受窗口药师指导。对比两组干预效果、满意度、不良反应与不合理用药发生情况、患儿家长对用药知识的掌握程度。结果:观察组干预总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组不良反应总发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组不合理用药总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。干预后,两组用药剂量、用药时间、随意用药对患儿的身体伤害、药物作用机制评分及总分提高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:窗口药师指导患儿家长合理用药的应用效果显著,可减少不良反应与不合理用药事件发生风险,增加患儿家长对用药知识掌握程度,提高满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of window pharmacists guiding parents of children with rational drug use.Methods:A total of 120 children were selected as the research objects in Meitan County Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Zunyi City from November 2022 to October 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.Parents of children in control group received routine guidance,and parents of children in observation group received window pharmacist guidance.The intervention effect,satisfaction,occurrence of adverse reactions and irrational drug use,and the degree of parents'knowledge of drug use were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The total incidence of irrational drug use in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).After intervention,the dosage,time of medication,physical injury,drug mechanism score and total score of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of window pharmacists to guide parents of children with rational drug use is significant,which can reduce the risk of adverse reactions and irrational drug use events,increase the degree of parents'knowledge of drug use,and improve their satisfaction.
