输卵管吻合术结合军朴红藤归芍汤在输卵管再通治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察输卵管吻合术结合军朴红藤归芍汤在输卵管再通治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月拟于毕节市赫章县妇幼保健院行输卵管再通治疗的输卵管结扎术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施输卵管吻合术,观察组在对照组基础上给予军朴红藤归芍汤治疗。比较两组炎性因子水平、输卵管再通率、妊娠情况以及治疗满意度。结果:术前1 d,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后5 d,两组hs-CRP、IL-6水平升高,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组输卵管再通有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。观察组宫内妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。观察组治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论:输卵管吻合术结合军朴红藤归芍汤在输卵管再通治疗中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者术后炎性反应,提高输卵管再通有效率和宫内妊娠率,提高患者对治疗效果的满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of tubal anastomosis combined with Junpo Hongteng Guishao Decoction in tubal recanalization treatment.Methods:A total of 100 patients with tubal ligation who were scheduled to receive tubal recanalization treatment were selected as the research objects in Hezhang Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Bijie City from Juan 2022 to Juan 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Tubal anastomosis was performed in control group,and Junpo Hongteng Guishao Decoction was given in observation group on the basis of control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,tubal recirculation rate,pregnancy status and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:1 day before surgery,there was no significant difference in the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05).5 days after surgery,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in two groups were increased,but the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of tubal recanalization in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion:The application of tubal anastomosis combined with Junpo Hongteng Guishao Decoction in tubal recanalization treatment is remarkable,which can reduce postoperative inflammatory response,improve the effective rate of tubal recanalization and intrauterine pregnancy rate,and improve patients'satisfaction with the treatment effect.
