触摸疗法改善轻型颅脑损伤患者睡眠障碍及焦虑的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析触摸疗法改善轻型颅脑损伤患者睡眠障碍及焦虑的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月苏州大学附属第二医院收治的轻型颅脑损伤后出现睡眠障碍及焦虑的患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用触摸疗法。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组SAS、PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS、PSQI评分下降,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:触摸疗法在轻型颅脑损伤患者中应用效果显著,可缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of touch therapy on sleep disorder and anxiety in patients with mild craniocerebral injury.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sleep disorders and anxiety after mild craniocerebral injury were selected as the study objects at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from January to December 2022,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received touch therapy on the basis of the control group.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,SAS and PSQI scores of the two groups decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Conclusion:Touch therapy is effective in patients with mild craniocerebral injury,which can relieve anxiety,improve sleep quality and improve nursing satisfaction.
