摘　　要：目的:分析心脏康复护理在心脏大血管外科术后的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月滨州医学院附属医院心脏大血管外科收治的心脏大血管外科术后患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用心脏康复护理。比较两组心肺功能、运动能力以及心脏不良事件发生情况。结果:护理前,两组峰值摄氧量、无氧阈、左心室射血分数(LVEF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组峰值摄氧量、无氧阈、LVEF升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组6 min步行距离(6MWD)、功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组6MWD、FIM评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心脏不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。结论:心脏康复护理在心脏大血管外科术后的应用效果显著,能够改善患者心肺功能,增强运动能力,减少心脏不良事件发生风险。Objective:To analyze the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing after cardiac macrovascular surgery.Methods:A total of 82 patients were selected as the study objects at the Department of Cardiac macrovascular Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to January 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.Cardiopulmonary function,exercise ability and adverse cardiac events were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in peak oxygen uptake,anaerobic threshold and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the peak oxygen uptake,anaerobic threshold and LVEF of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in 6-min walking distance(6MWD)and Functional independence Rating Scale(FIM)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,6MWD and FIM scores of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiac adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).Conclusion:The application of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with great vascular surgery is significant,which can improve the cardiopulmonary function,enhance the exercise ability,and reduce the risk of adverse cardiac events.
