摘 要:目的:分析T细胞免疫检测和蛋白芯片技术筛查人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者结核潜伏感染的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月贵阳市公共卫生救治中心收治的HIV感染者86例作为研究对象。对HIV感染者进行T细胞免疫检测及蛋白芯片技术筛查,以结核分枝杆菌培养结果作为“金标准”,比较两种筛查方法检查结核潜伏感染的效能。结果:“金标准”结果显示,86例HIV感染者中66例存在结核潜伏感染。T细胞免疫检测筛查结核潜伏感染的灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于蛋白芯片技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:T细胞免疫检测筛查HIV感染者结核潜伏感染的效果优于蛋白芯片技术,灵敏度、特异度、准确度更高,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of T cell immunoassay and protein chip technology in screening latent tuberculosis infection in patients with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Methods:A total of 86 HIV-infected patients were selected as the study objects at Guiyang Public Health Treatment Center from August 2021 to August 2023.T cell immunoassay and protein chip technology screening were performed in HIV-infected patients,with Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture results as the"gold standard",the efficacy of two screening methods in detecting latent tuberculosis infection was compared between the two groups.Results:The"gold standard"results showed that 66 out of 86 HIV-infected patients had latent TB infection.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of T cell immunoassay for screening latent tuberculosis infection were higher than those of protein chip technology,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:T cell immunoassay is better than protein chip technique in screening latent tuberculosis infection in HIV-infected patients,with higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
