摘 要:天线罩作为雷达系统的重要电磁窗口,在生产制造过程中若不慎混入碳纤维杂质,对天线罩的电性能和力学性能的影响还未明确。为此,文中首先对含碳纤维杂质的天线罩结构在电磁场下的失效形式和特点进行了深入研究;其次,分析了失效区域对天线罩透波率、介电性能等电性能指标的影响,并对含碳纤维杂质失效区的结构件的力学性能进行了试验研究;最后通过试验与仿真等技术方法对失效区的扩展性进行了分析。相关研究成果对天线罩的结构设计、生产加工、故障分析等均有积极意义。As an important electromagnetic window on radar,if carbon fiber impurities are accidentally mixed in the production process of radome,its influence on the electrical and mechanical properties is not clear.Firstly,the failure forms and characteristics of radome structure containing carbon fiber impurities under electromagnetic field are researched.Secondly,the influence of failure region on the electrical performance indexes such as transmittance and dielectric properties of radome is analyzed.Then the mechanical properties of the structural parts containing carbon fiber impurities were researched experimentally.Finally,the expansibility of the failure zone is analyzed by means of experiments and simulations.The relevant research results have a guiding role in the structural design,analysis of radome.
