摘　　要：目的通过系统、多学科方法对芪蓉润肠口服液治疗虚证便秘进行多维度临床系统评价,为临床合理用药、药品临床推广及国家医疗决策等提供参考。方法基于《药品临床综合评价管理指南(2021)》和《多维度多准则中成药综合评价技术指导原则》采用现存统计资料分析法、系统评价、Meta分析、成本-效果分析,从有效性、经济性、安全性、中医药特色“3+1”维度,对该药治疗虚证便秘开展临床综合评价。结果芪蓉润肠口服液具有益气养阴、健脾滋肾,润肠通便的功能,可提高治疗虚证便秘的总有效率,已被多部诊疗方略或疾病分册推荐,有效性较好;成本-效果分析结果认为该药经济性较好;风险可控,安全性较好;综合调查问卷结果情况认为芪蓉润肠口服液具有较好的适宜性;中医药特色方面具有一定优势。结论芪蓉润肠口服液临床价值较好,建议进一步开展药效机制研究,提高循证证据质量,充分发挥芪蓉润肠口服液的临床价值优势。Objective To conduct multi-dimensional clinical comprehensive evaluation for Qirong Runchang oral liquid in the treatment of deficiency syndrome constipation by systematic and multidisciplinary methods,to provide reference for clinical rational drug use,clinical promotion of drugs and national medical decision-making.Methods Based on the Guidelines for the Management of Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation of Pharmaceutical Products(2021)and the Technical Guidelines for Comprehensive Evaluation of Proprietary Chinese Medicines with Multiple Dimensions and Multiple Criteria(2022),using existing statistical data analysis,systematic review,Meta-analysis and costeffectiveness analysis,clinical comprehensive evaluation was carried out on the treatment of vacuity syndrome constipation from the dimensions of effectiveness,economy,safety,and traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Results Qirong Runchang oral liquid had the functions of invigorating Qi and Yin,invigorating spleen and kidney,moistening bowel and laxative,and could improve the total effective rate in the treatment of deficiency syndrome constipation,and has been recommended by many diagnosis and treatment strategies or disease catalogs with good effectiveness.According to the results of costeffectiveness analysis,the economy of the drug was better.The risk was controllable and the safety was good.According to the results of questionnaire survey,Qirong Runchang oral liquid had better suitability.Traditional Chinese medicine had certain advantages in its characteristics.Conclusion Qirong Runchang oral liquid has good clinical value.It is suggested to further study the pharmacodynamic mechanism,improve the quality of evidence-based evidence,and give full play to the advantages of clinical value of Qirong Runchang oral liquid.
