摘　　要：国际传播工作是中国共产党践行初心、担当使命、展示形象的重要保证。新民主主义革命时期,党围绕制定政策文件,加强国际传播顶层设计;创办报刊机构,拓宽中国革命传播渠道;翻译出版经典,厚实传播内容思想意蕴;联系国际友人,争取更多国际受众支持等持续发力,在多维叙事中走出了一条传播主体内外联动、传播策略灵活多样、传播理念创新推进、更加注重问题导向的国际传播特色之路。面对全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中愈演愈烈的国际舆论争锋,我们应传承和弘扬好党在新民主主义革命时期重视国际传播工作的优良传统,充分发挥多元主体协同优势,抢占国际舆论话语权;构建多渠道联合发力,讲深讲透讲活中国故事;重视“受众本位”导向,塑造好中共国际形象;在多措并举中积极推进守正创新,续写好中国共产党国际传播事业新的华丽篇章。International Communication work is an important guarantee for the Communist Party of China(CPC)to fulfil its original intention,undertake its mission,and display its image.During the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the CPC focused on formulating policy documents and strengthening the top-level design of international communication,established newspaper and magazine institutions to broaden the channels for the communication of Chinese revolution,translated and published classics to enrich the ideological content of communication,contacted international friends to win more international audiences.In the multi-dimensional narrative,the CPC has embarked on an international communication path characterized by the internal and external linkages of dissemination subjects,flexible and diverse dissemination strategies,innovative promotion of dissemination concepts,and a greater emphasis on problem orientation.Facing the intensifying international public opinion conflict in the new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country,it is necessary to inherit and promote the fine tradition of the international communication work of the CPC during the New Democratic Revolution,give full play to the coordination of multiple subjects,and seize the discourse power of international public opinion;make multi-channel joint efforts to tell the story of living China,attach importance to the“audience-based”orientation,shape the international image of the CPC,promote integrity and innovation by taking multiple measures,and continue to write a new magnificent chapter in the international communication of the CPC.
