摘 要:结合路况指标检测情况、路面养护历史情况,选取淮连高速双向第二车道典型病害路段进行钻芯取样,从裂缝形态、车辙贡献率、芯样完整性三个方面分析芯样特征。通过动态蠕变试验、半圆弯曲试验,对面层混合料的抗车辙性能、抗裂性能进行评价,采用无侧限抗压强度试验,对基层材料的抗疲劳性能进行评价。结果表明:淮连高速横向裂缝以上下发展、中间无裂缝为主,占比达到58.06%;中面层车辙贡献率最大,为50.59%;基层局部松散与完全松散达到48.7%,层间分离达到34.6%,隐性病害占比较高;面层材料老化更易引起路面开裂;中、下面层的抗车辙性能随车辙深度增加而增大,当车辙深度达到一定程度后,中面层抗车辙性能出现衰减;裂缝密集路段断裂能衰减幅度较大;裂缝旁基层强度存在衰减趋势。据此建立了融合材料性能及结构性能的老路路面性能综合评价体系。Combined with the detection of road condition indicators and the maintenance history,the typical disease section of the second lane of Huailian Expressway was selected for core sampling,and the core sample characteristics were analyzed from three aspects of crack morphology,rutting contribution rate and core sample integrity.Through dynamic creep test and semicircle bending test,the rutting resistance and crack resistance of the pavement mixture are evaluated.The unconfined compressive strength test is used to evaluate the fatigue resistance of the base material.The results show that there are no cracks in the middle of the development above and below the transverse cracks of Huailian Expressway,accounting for 58.06%;The rutting contribution rate of the middle surface course is the largest,50.59%;The local and complete looseness of the base reached 48.7%,the interlayer separation reached 34.6%,and the proportion of hidden diseases was relatively high;The aging of surface materials is more likely to cause pavement cracking;In the middle and lower layers,the anti-rutting performance increases with the increase of the rutting depth.When the rutting depth reaches a certain degree,the anti-rutting performance of the middle layer decreases;The attenuation of fracture energy in the section with dense cracks is large;The strength of the base layer near the crack has a decreasing trend.Based on this,a comprehensive evaluation system of pavement performance of old roads is established,which integrates material performance and structural performance.
