摘　　要：高校毕业生“慢就业”“缓就业”现象已经引起社会广泛关注。对甘肃农村籍高校毕业生“慢就业”“缓就业”现象开展调查研究,发现造成这一现象的原因包括就业结构性矛盾、毕业生缺乏充分的就业准备、家长就业观念趋于保守、部分高校就业工作不细不实等。积极有效应对农村籍高校毕业生“慢就业”“缓就业”现象,需要多方形成合力,大学生个体需要培育更积极的就业心态,家长要鼓励成年子女积极走向社会,高校要进一步增强就业服务的主体意识,政府部门要进一步完善就业创业支持体系。The phenomenon of“slow employment”and“delayed employment”of college graduates has aroused wide concern in the society.An investigation into the phenomenon of“slow employment”and“delayed employment”of university graduates from rural areas in Gansu province found that,the causes of this phenomenon include the structural contradiction of employment,the lack of full employment preparation of graduates,parents tend to be conservative about employment,and the employment work in colleges and universities is not detailed and impractical.To deal with“slow employment”and“delayed employment”actively and effectively,we need to form a joint force from many sides,to cultivate a more active attitude towards employment for college students,and to encourage parents to actively encourage their adult children to go to society,colleges and universities should further enhance the main consciousness of employment services,social and government departments should improve the support system for employment and entrepreneurship.
