摘　　要：脊柱微创手术具有局部组织损伤小、术中出血量少、住院时间短、术后康复快等特点,近年来越来越受到脊柱外科医生的关注和青睐。伴随着微创脊柱外科的蓬勃发展和广泛应用,微创手术技术适应证过宽、疗效不佳、应用合理性不足等问题也逐步涌现,因此需要对脊柱微创手术开展的目的进行再次深入的思考,以促进其质量和效果的提升,为脊柱微创手术技术的合理应用提供思路和参考。In recent years,minimally invasive spine surgery(MISS)has attracted more and more attentions of spinal surgeons because it can reduce local tissue damage,decrease intraoperative blood loss,shorten hospital stay,and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.With the rapid development and widespread use of MISS,there are some unreasonable applications or poor efficacy of it with too broad indications.Therefore,we need to rethink the purpose of MISS,so as to improve the quality and effects,and to provide ideas and references for its rational use.
