摘  要:云南省德钦县争岗滑坡体治理及其附属工程、争岗滑坡体上游应急抢险救援通道工程所需混凝土量约251.4×104 m3,砂石加工系统料源以玄武岩为主,具有良好的耐腐蚀、抗压、耐氧化等优势,加工破碎难度很大,被广泛应用于各种工业领域中。为有效控制成品骨料质量,实现绿色节能环保,确保正常砂石加工系统稳定运行、投产,研究制定加工玄武岩最优的工艺方案及配套设施,从而确保砂石骨料质量满足规范、设计要求,节约运行成本。The concrete required for the treatment and ancillary engineering of Zhengang landslide in Deqin County,Yunnan Province,as well as the upstream emergency rescue channel project,is approximately 251.4×104m3.The material source for the sand and gravel processing system is mainly basalt.It has advantages such as good corrosion resistance,compression resistance,and oxidation resistance,and is difficult to process and crush.It is widely used in various industrial fields.In order to effectively control the quality of finished aggregates,achieve green energy conservation and environmental protection,and ensure the stable operation and production of normal sand and gravel processing systems,this paper studies and develops the optimal process plan and supporting facilities for processing basalt.It can ensure that the quality of sand and gravel aggregates meets the specifications and design requirements,and save operating costs.
