摘 要:为研究项目对原水管的影响,对项目路口跨越管道结构等方面进行复核分析计算、保护方案分析计算,并进行综合评估,提出防治与补救措施。结果表明,现状管道满足抗浮要求。因此水工程结构稳定性良好,项目实施在施工期间、运行期内对原水管的稳定性基本无影响,不影响管道供水安全,不影响水工程相关水利规划,对其他第三人的合法水事权益无影响。To study the impact of the project on the original water pipe,this paper conducts a review analysis and calculation of the crossing pipeline structure at the project intersection,protection scheme analysis and calculation,and comprehensive evaluation,proposing prevention and remedial measures.The results indicate that the current pipeline meets the anti floating requirements.Therefore,the stability of the water engineering structure is good,and the project implementation has little impact on the stability of the original water pipe during the construction and operation periods.It does not affect the safety of pipeline water supply,does not affect water conservancy planning related to water engineering,and has no impact on the legitimate water rights and interests of other third parties.
