网络背景下中学生心理健康教育的有效路径研究

摘  要:互联网给中学生的学习和生活带来了极大的便利,但由于中学生在使用网络的过程中无法正确甄别信息,其中的不良信息会极大地影响其身心健康成长。为了研究网络背景下开展中学生心理健康教育的有效路径,文章利用文献研究法,从描述中学生心理现状入手,分析网络环境给中学生带来的负面影响,最后给出网络环境下中学生心理健康教育的有效路径,以期为解决中学生心理健康问题提供参考。The Internet has brought great convenience to the study and life of middle school students.However,because middle school students cannot correctly identify information in the process of using the Internet,the bad information will greatly affect their physical and mental health and growth.In order to study the effective path of carrying out mental health education for middle school students in the context ofthe Internet,this article uses literature research method,starts with describing the psychological status of middle school students,analyzes the negative impact of the Internet environment on middle school students,and finally provides an effective path of mental health education for middle school students in the Internet environment,in order to provide reference for solving the mental health problems of middle school students.
