摘 要:在城市园林环境下,设置5个处理,研究不同硫酸锌浓度对修剪后水蜡新梢生长和生理特性的影响规律。结果表明,叶面喷施硫酸锌与对照相比促进了修剪后水蜡的新梢生长,并提高了其叶绿素含量。在整个试验期间,硫酸锌浓度为0.45%~0.60%时,水蜡新梢长度均显著高于对照;硫酸锌浓度为0.45%时,水蜡叶绿素含量均显著高于对照;NR活性和色氨酸合成酶活性在6月至8月随硫酸锌浓度的增加而升高,在9月随硫酸锌浓度的增加先升高后降低,硫酸锌浓度为0.45%时达到最高。水蜡的GS活性和GOT活性在6月至7月随硫酸锌浓度的增加而升高,在8月至9月随硫酸锌浓度的增加先升高后降低,硫酸锌浓度为0.45%时达到最高。综合分析认为,0.45%是硫酸锌促进水蜡修剪后新梢生长和生理特性改善的适宜浓度。In an urban landscaping environment,5 treatments were set up to study the effects of different ZnSO_(4) concentrations on the new shoots growth and physiological characteristics of Ligustrum obtusifolium after pruning.The results showed that foliar spraying of ZnSO_(4) promoted the growth of new shoots of Ligustrum obtusifolium after pruning and increased their chlorophyll content compared to the control.Throughout the entire experimental period,the shoots length of Ligustrum obtusifolium was significantly higher than that of the control when the concentration of ZnSO_(4) was 0.45%~0.60%,and the chlorophyll content of Ligustrum obtusifolium was significantly higher than that of the control when the concentration of ZnSO_(4) was 0.45%.The NR activity and tryptophan synthase activity of Ligustrum obtusifolium increased with the increase of ZnSO_(4) concentration from June to August,and first increased and then decreased with the increase of ZnSO_(4) concentration in September which reached the highest value when the ZnSO_(4) concentration was 0.45%.The GS activity and GOT activity increased with the increase of ZnSO_(4) concentration from June to July,and first increased and then decreased with the increase of ZnSO_(4) concentration from August to September which reached the highest value when the ZnSO_(4) concentration was 0.45%.Comprehensive analysis suggested that 0.45% was an appropriate concentration of ZnSO_(4) to promote the growth of new shoots and improve physiological characteristics of Ligustrum obtusifolium after pruning.
