户籍分割何以影响城市社区居民的志愿行为?——基于CSS2021调查数据的实证分析  

How Does Household Registration Segmentation Affect the Volunteering Behaviour of Urban Community Residents?——Empirical Analysis Based on CSS2021 Survey Data

摘　　要：高速城镇化下的户籍分割现象改变了社会成员间的互动模式,深刻影响着城市社区居民的志愿行为。运用2021年中国社会状况综合调查数据,考察户籍分割的两重维度——户籍身份和户籍隔离对城市社区居民志愿行为的影响,以及户籍融合的中介作用。研究发现,户籍分割更多通过户籍隔离而非户籍身份对居民志愿行为产生影响;作为户籍隔离衡量方式的异质性指数和孤立指数对志愿行为存在积极影响,分异性指数则产生了负向影响;孤立指数对志愿行为的影响会因个体户籍身份差异而产生变化;户籍融合的中介作用得到证实,其部分缓解了分异性指数对志愿行为的负向影响,也局部抵消了孤立指数对志愿行为的促进作用。The phenomenon of household registration segmentation under high-speed urbanisation has changed the interaction patterns among social members and profoundly affected the voluntary behaviour of urban community residents.Using data from the Chinese Social Survey 2021,the impact of the two dimensions of household registration segmentation-household registration identity and household registration segregation-on the volunteering behaviour of residents in urban communities,as well as the mediating role of household registration integration,are examined.It is found that household registration segmentation affects residents′volunteering behaviour more through household registration segregation than through household registration identity;the heterogeneity index and the isolation index,which are measures of household registration segregation,positively affect volunteering behaviour,while the dissimilarity index negatively affects volunteering behaviour;the effect of the isolation index on volunteering behaviour varies according to differences in the individual′s household registration identity;the mediating effect of household registration integration is confirmed,which partially mitigates the negative effect of the dissimilarity index on volunteering behaviour and partially counteracts the facilitating effect of the isolation index on volunteering behaviour.
