摘　　要：全球化背景下,积极应对气候变化、保障能源安全、推动绿色低碳发展已经成为全球共识。汽车产业作为国民经济的重要支柱产业之一,具有产业链长、覆盖范围广泛等显著特征。当前,推动汽车产业绿色低碳转型既是实现“双碳”目标的重要路径之一,也是提升国际竞争力、占据未来汽车市场制高点的必然需求。本文系统论述了新型工业化、新质生产力与我国工业绿色低碳发展之间的关系,并从全球化视角下的汽车产业绿色低碳转型需求出发,逐步分析了新型工业化背景下我国汽车产业绿色低碳发展的需求、基础与趋势,并深入阐述了汽车产业绿色低碳转型的战略布局意义,指出了在新型工业化背景下汽车产业绿色低碳转型的应然发力点,旨在为推动汽车产业绿色低碳转型、践行新型工业化内在要求、实现产业高质量发展提供有益参考。In the context of globalization,actively responding to climate change,ensuring energy security,and promoting green and low-carbon development have become a global consensus.As one of the crucial pillars of the national economy,the automotive industry features long industrial chains and a wide coverage.Currently,promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the automotive industry is not only a vital path to achieving the dual carbon goals but also an inevitable requirement for enhancing international competitiveness and seizing the commanding heights of the future car market.This paper systematically discusses the relationship among new industrialization,new quality productivity,and the green and low-carbon development of China's industry.Starting from the need for a green and low-carbon transformation of the automotive industry from a global perspective,it gradually analyzes the requirements,foundations,and trends of China's automotive industry's low-carbon development under new industrialization.This paper systematically expounds the strategic significance of the green and low-carbon transformation pathway layout of the automotive industry,pointing out the necessary focus points for the green and low-carbon transformation of the automotive industry under the new industrialization.This paper aims to provide useful references for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the automotive industry,practicing the inherent requirements of new industrialization,and achieving high-quality industrial development.
