摘  要:异步起动永磁同步电机由于定转子开槽,且转子上有永磁体,气隙磁密谐波含量更高,由气隙磁场产生的径向电磁力谐波较大。现以一台异步起动永磁同步电机为研究对象,通过优化转子磁路结构,改善气隙磁密波形,从而削弱电机的径向电磁力谐波。对比优化前后的电机,优化后电机的径向电磁力谐波得到削弱,电机的空载反电势谐波、齿槽转矩、负载转矩脉动也明显减小,起动转矩波动得到优化。最后通过试验测试了电机的振动加速度和噪声水平,验证了优化设计的合理性和有效性。Because the line-start PMSM has the slots at stator and rotor as well as has the permanent magnets at rotor,so the air-gap flux density harmonic content is higher and the radial electromagnetic force harmonic generated in the air-gap magnetic field is larger.Taking a linestart PMSM as an research object,this paper optimizes the rotor magnetic circuit structure and improves the air-gap flux density waveform,so as to weaken the radial electromagnetic force harmonic of the motor.The comparison of the motor before and after optimization has shown that the radial electromagnetic force harmonic of the motor after optimization is weakened,the noload back EMF harmonics,cogging torque and load torque ripple of the motor are significantly reduced,and the starting torque ripple of the motor is optimized.Finally,the vibration acceleration and noise level of the motor are obtained through experiment,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the optimized design.
