摘  要:大极数自启动永磁同步电动机,主要应用于油田抽油系统,由于工作环境是在油田中为抽油机驱动系统提供动力,每两台抽油机间隔较远,无法使用变频启动完成后切出变频器,只能使用一台电机配备一台变频器的方式,无法实现多台电机共用一台变频器,因此变频启动电机在销售方面稍有优势,由于所带系统为泵类负载,根据负载特性曲线可知,电机出力与电机转速成正比,可以轻载启动,所以开发大极数自启动永磁同步电动机非常有必要。The self-starting PMSM with large pole number is mainly used in oil field pumping system.Because it is used in the working environment of oil field to provide power for the pumping unit drive system,the distance between the two pumping units is relatively long,it is not possible to cut out the frequency converter after the completion of variable-frequency starting.A motor can only is equipped with a frequency converter,it is not possible to share a frequency converter among multiple motors,so the variable-frequency starting motor has a slight advantage in sale aspect.As the system equipped with motor is a pump load,the output of motor is proportional to the speed of motor based on the load characteristic curve,the motor can be started under light load,it is necessary todevelop self-starting PMSM with a large pole number.
