摘 要:轴承作为风力发电机运转的关键部件,其运行状态直接影响了风电机组的安全和可靠性。现针对风力发电机在样机型式试验过程中出现的球轴承和柱轴承异响现象,开展了轴承异响特征分析、异响原因分析和试验验证等工作,提出球轴承异响主要与轴承径向负荷不足有关,柱轴承异响主要与轴承加工精度不足有关,并针对性提出优化改进。验证结果表明:增加球轴承预负荷,提高柱轴承加工精度,可以有效消除球轴承和柱轴承异响现象。The operation state of bearing,as a key component of wind turbine in operation,directly affects the safety and reliability of the wind turbine.In view of the abnormal noises of ball bearings and column bearings existing in the process of prototype type test of wind turbines,this paper carries out the abnormal noise characteristics analysis,abnormal noise cause analysis and experimental verification of the bearings,puts forward that the abnormal noise of the ball bearings is mainly related to the insufficient radial load of the bearing and the abnormal noise of the column bearings is mainly related to the insufficient machining accuracy of the bearing,and proposes the optimization and improvement pertinently.The verification results show that increasing the preload of ball bearings and improving the machining accuracy of column bearings can effectively eliminate the abnormal noise of ball and column bearings.
