摘  要:屏蔽泵融合了泵与电机的优势,其核心部件屏蔽套,确保了运输介质与电机本体的安全隔离。其性能卓越,完全取决于屏蔽电机的质量。为应对介质运输的挑战,特别设计了密闭电机结构,而永磁同步电机则以其高效、简洁的特性脱颖而出,满足了高标准的工作需求。然而,定子与转子屏蔽套的设置也带来了一些技术难题。它们位于气隙两侧,导致气隙增长,影响了电机的功率因数和效率,同时温升问题也愈发严重。因此,降低电机温升成为提升性能的关键。现以永磁屏蔽电机为研究对象,通过热网格模型计算热阻,求得电机温升情况,并通过仿真进行验证分析,为深入研究降低电机温升的途径提供数据支持。The canned motor pump combines the advantages of the pump and electric motor,and the shield sleeve as the core component of which ensures the safe isolation between the transport medium and motor body.The excellent performance of canned motor pump depends on the quality of canned motor entirely.In order to meet the challenges of medium transportation,we specially design the motor with the closed structure.PMSM stands out because of high efficient and concise characteristics,which meet the work requirements of high standard.However,the setting of stator and rotor shield sleeves also brings some technical difficulties.They are located on both sides of the air gap,which lengthens the air gap,affects the power factor and efficiency of the motor,and brings out the more serious temperature-rise problem.Therefore,reducing the temperature rise of motor becomes the key to improve performance.Taking permanent magnet canned motor as a research object,this paper calculates the thermal resistance by the heat grid model to obtain the temperature-rise condition of the motor,and carries out the verification and analysis by simulation,which provides the data support to deeply research the way of reducing motor temperature rise.
