盐酸帕罗西汀片联合四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌相关慢性胃炎合并抑郁患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关慢性胃炎合并抑郁患者在四联疗法的基础上配合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗的临床效果。方法:以112例HP相关慢性胃炎合并抑郁患者为研究对象,按不同治疗方案分为对照组(接受常规四联疗法)与观察组(合用盐酸帕罗西汀片),每组各56例。比较两组患者焦虑抑郁程度、临床疗效、HP清除率、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床总疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HP根除率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)测评结果均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸帕罗西汀片联合四联疗法治疗HP相关慢性胃炎合并抑郁患者,可减轻焦虑抑郁程度,以增强疗效,提高HP清除率,起到改善患者生活质量的积极作用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of four combination therapy combined with paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)associated chronic gastritis with depression.Methods:112 patients with HP related chronic gastritis complicated with depression were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(receiving conventional quadruple therapy)and an observation group(using paroxetine hydrochloride tablets together)according to different treatment plans,56 cases in each group.The levels of anxiety and depression,clinical efficacy,HP clearance rate,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy was higher in the observation group(P<0.05),the HP eradication rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the evaluation results of both groups of the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)showed a significant increase,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets and quadruple therapy can reduce anxiety and depression in patients with HP related chronic gastritis complicated with depression,enhance therapeutic effect,improve HP clearance rate,and have a positive effect on improving quality of life.
