摘 要:随着特殊工程建设的需要,对地层工程勘察取芯质量提出了更高要求,然而采用常规的取芯技术难以获取高质量原位保真岩芯。本文详细介绍了一种特殊地层工程勘察密闭取芯钻具的结构、工作原理及室内外试验情况。试验表明,该密闭取芯钻具能够获取高质量的原位保真岩芯,同时也暴露出钻具结构及操作工艺复杂、岩芯直径过小等问题。针对上述问题,提出了密闭取芯钻具优化设计方案,该方案具有钻具结构简单、操作简便、取芯直径大和可靠性高等特点。With the needs of special engineering construction,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of geological engineering exploration and coring.However,it is difficult to obtain high quality in-situ fidelity cores by using conventional coring techniques.This article provides a detailed introduction to the structure,working principle,and indoor and outdoor experimental results of a sealed core drilling tool for special geological engineering exploration.The tests show that the closed core drilling tool can obtain high quality in-situ fidelity cores,and which also exposes the problems such as the complex drilling tool structure and operation techniques,and the small core diameter.In response to the above issues,an optimized design scheme for closed core drilling tools has been proposed,which has the characteristics of the simple drilling tool structure,easy operation,large core diameter,and high reliability.
