摘 要:在城市区域积极拓展终端能源消费和改变用户能源消费模式是构建新型电力系统和实现双碳战略的重要举措。该文基于城市不同区域的换热站和变电站,引入高效电热转换、气/热/电转换、混合梯度储能及换热设备等,提出计及多能转换、传输与存储等过程的分布式换能系统,由此构成了由配电、配热与配气等3网融合的配能网供能系统。基于该概念,围绕住宅、学校、办公楼和购物中心等典型城市用户类型,提出并构建10种适用于不同场景和用户的分布式换能系统,通过系统经济性和碳排放分析,提出分布式换能系统的集群化的系统配置方法,为城市电、热供需的灵活解耦和柔性控制提供了理论基础。Actively expanding terminal energy consumption in urban areas and changing users’energy consumption patterns are important measures for constructing a new power system and achieving the carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy.Based on the heat exchange stations and substations in different areas of the city,this paper introduces high-efficiency electric heat conversion,gas/heat/electricity conversion,hybrid gradient energy storage and heat exchange equipment,etc.,and proposes a distributed energy conversion system considering the processes of multi-energy conversion,transmission and storage,thereby constituting an energy supply system of energy distribution network that integrates power distribution,heat distribution and gas distribution.Based on this conception,10 distributed energy conversion systems suitable for different scenarios and users are proposed and constructed around typical urban user types such as residences,schools,office buildings and shopping centers.And through system economy and carbon emission analysis,a clustered system configuration method of distributed energy conversion system is proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the flexible decoupling and flexible control of urban electricity and heat supply and demand.
