摘 要:采用模拟装置聚合反应的方式确定镍系顺丁橡胶装置中的杂质来源,研究催化剂用量对检测结果准确性的影响,并讨论模拟试验的误差来源和应对措施。结果表明,增大模拟试验的催化剂用量可以抵消因采样和环境变化造成的试验误差,当催化剂用量比为装置实际生产的4倍时,可以通过反应启动时间和单体转化率来判断装置聚合反应强弱,此方法也可为监测装置稳定运行提供参考。The source of the impurities in the nickel-system butadiene rubber(NdBR)device was determined by simulating the polymerization reaction,the influence of the catalyst dosage on the accuracy of the detection results of the simulation experiment was studied,and the error sources and countermeasures of the simulation experiment were discussed.The results showed that increasing the catalyst dosage of simulation experiments could offset experimental errors caused by sampling and environmental changes.When the catalyst dosage ratio was 4 times that of the actual production of the device,the polymerization reaction strength in the device could be determined by the reaction start-up time and monomer conversion rate.This method could also provide a reference for monitoring the stable operation of the device.
