摘 要:横州飞龙大桥主桥为(100+2×185+100)m波形钢腹板连续刚构桥,主梁为单箱单室波形钢腹板组合箱梁,桥面宽13 m,中支点梁高10.9 m,跨中及边跨梁端梁高4 m。腹板采用1800型波形钢腹板,相比传统1600型腹板具有更高的整体屈曲应力;波形钢腹板防屈曲构造采用内衬混凝土和纵、横向加劲肋混合布置的方式,减少了内衬混凝土长度,减轻了结构自重;波形钢腹板与顶板采用长孔型开孔板连接件,与底板采用外包型连接,提高了结合部施工便捷性和耐久性。主梁采用波形钢腹板悬臂自承重施工工法,先边跨后中跨合龙,采用研发的钢架吊篮与智能吊机组合的挂篮形式,提高了施工效率。The main bridge of Feilong Bridge in Hengzhou,Guangxi Province,is a continuous rigid-frame bridge with span arrangement(100+2×185+100)m.The superstructure consists of single-cell box girders with corrugated steel webs,which measures 13 m wide and 10.9 m deep at central supports and 4 m deep at midspan and ends of side spans.The 1800 corrugated steel webs have higher global buckling strength than the conventional 1600 webs.To improve the bucking strength of the corrugated steel webs,lining concrete as well as longitudinal and transverse stiffeners are added,and the combination of the two help reduce the length of lining concrete,and in turn the self-weight of the structure.The corrugated steel webs are connected with top slabs using long-hole perfobond connectors.To facilitate the construction and improve the durability of connections,the corrugated steel webs are connected with the bottom slabs in an encased manner.The girders were installed,with the corrugated steel webs installed in a cantilever manner to bear its own weights.The side spans were closed ahead of the central span.The form travelers equipped with bespoke steel lifting frames and intelligent cranes greatly improved the construction efficiency.
