摘 要:为了建立能够同时测定环丙唑醇和肟菌酯两种有效成分含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-磷酸水混合溶液为流动相,C18不锈钢色谱柱,在220 nm波长条件下对试样进行分离和定量分析。试验结果表明,该方法下环丙唑醇和肟菌酯均有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数R2均为0.999 8。精密度结果表明环丙唑醇的相对标准偏差为0.43%,肟菌酯的相对标准偏差为0.44%。准确度试验结果表明平均环丙唑醇回收率为100.73%,肟菌酯平均回收率为100.52%。该检测方法分离效果好,线性关系、准确度和精密度均符合要求,可用于环丙唑醇和肟菌酯复配产品的定量分析。A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the simultaneous determination of the two active components of cyproconazole and trifloxystrobin.The separation and quantitative analysis of samples were conducted by HPLC at 220 nm with a mixture of methyl and phosphoric acid water as the mobile phase,and a C18 column as stationary phase.The test results showed that cyproconazole and trifloxystrobin had good linear relationship,with liner correlation coefficients of 0.9998.The precision results showed that the relative standard deviation for cyproconazole was 0.43%,and for trifloxystrobin was 0.44%.The accuracy test results showed that the recovery rates for cyproconazole and trifloxystrobin were 100.73%and 100.52%,respectively.This method exhibited good separation efficiency,the linear relationships,accuracy,and precision,meeting the requirement.It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of mixed cyproconazole and trifloxystrobin formulation products.
