摘 要:为筛选出啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈最佳配比,对番茄灰霉病的防治能达到最优程度,本文采用离体叶盘法测定啶酰菌胺与咯菌腈单剂及9个复配组合对番茄灰霉的毒力,从中选出最佳组合,进行田间药效试验。结果为啶酰菌胺与咯菌腈对番茄灰霉的EC50值分别为0.7481、0.397μg/mL,啶酰菌胺与咯菌腈5∶1、4∶1、3∶1、2∶1、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3配比下表现为增效作用,其中啶酰菌胺:咯菌腈配比为2∶1时增效作用最明显,SR值为1.91。田间药效试验结果显示,30%啶酰菌胺·咯菌腈悬浮剂1500倍液,50%腐霉利可湿性粉剂600倍液和50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂600倍液,对番茄灰霉病的防效分别为87.32%、74.35%和78.43%,啶酰菌胺·咯菌腈和异菌脲防效差异不显著,但显著高于腐霉利。因此,本文推荐30%啶酰菌胺·咯菌腈悬浮剂在番茄灰霉上使用。To determine the optimal ratio of boscalid and fludioxonil achieving the most effective control of botrytis cinerea in tomato,the toxicity of a single-active ingredient boscalid-based product and a single-active ingredient fludioxonil-based product,as well as 9 mixed products containing both the active ingredients with different ratios,against botrytis cinerea was evaluated using in vitro leaf disk method.The best combination was then selected for field efficacy test.The results showed that the EC50 values of boscalid and fludioxonil were 0.7481 and 0.397μg/mL,respectively.The mixture of the two active ingredients showed a synergic effect:5∶1,4∶1,3∶1,2∶1,1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4,1∶5.The highest synergistic effect(SR value of 1.91)observed at a ratio of 2∶1 for boscalid and fludioxonil.The results of the field efficacy test showed the control effect of 87.32%,74.35%and 78.43%against tomato botrytis for 30%boscalid and fludioxonil SC(1500 times dilution),50%procymidone WP(600 times dilution)and 50%iprodione WP(600 times dilution),respectively.There was no significant difference in efficacy between the mixed formulated products of boscalid and fludioxonil and iprodione-based product,but both were significantly more effective than procymidone.Therefore,this paper recommended the use of 30%boscalid and fludioxonil SC for controlling tomato cinerea.
