数字经济对我国农业绿色发展影响的空间溢出效应——基于静态空间杜宾模型和动态空间杜宾模型的分析

摘　　要：把握数字经济新机遇是提升农业绿色发展水平的重要战略途径,对于推动乡村振兴、农业农村现代化建设和农业高质量发展意义重大。论文基于2011—2020年省级层面数据探究数字经济对农业绿色发展的影响和空间溢出效应,结果表明:(1)数字经济和农业绿色发展均呈现“东高西低”的空间分布特征,且有空间相关性,即空间因素不能忽略。(2)数字经济对农业绿色发展的正“U”型影响和空间溢出效应显著,且相较于东部和西部地区,中部地区更有利于数字经济对农业绿色发展促进效应的充分释放;数字化治理和数据价值化对农业绿色发展的影响显著,数字经济更有利于资源利用和环境治理能力的提升。(3)数字经济对农业绿色发展的空间溢出效应以短期为主,长期空间溢出效应尚未显现。Grasping new opportunities of digital economy is an important strategic way to improve the level of agricultural green development in China,which has a great significance for promoting rural revitalization,agricultural as well as rural modernization and high-quality agricultural development.Based on provincial-level data from 2011 to 2020,the impact of digital economy on agricultural green development and spatial spillover effect is explored.The results show that:(1)Both digital economy and agricultural green development present the spatial distribution characteristics of“high in the east and low in the west”,and have spatial correlation,which indicates that spatial factors cannot be ignored.(2)The positive“U”shaped impact and spatial spillover effect of digital economy on agricultural green development are significant,and the central region is more conducive to the full release of the promotion effect of digital economy on agricultural green development than the eastern and western regions;Digital governance and data value have a significant impact on agricultural green development,while digital economy is conducive to the improvement of resource utilization and environmental governance capacity.(3)The spatial spillover effect of digital economy on agricultural green development is mainly short-term,while the long-term spatial spillover effect have not yet shown.
