摘　　要：社会问题的日益复杂化为自然科学与社会科学研究路径的泛化应用提出要求,“三大球”作为体育强国战略的主要阵地,面对社会变革对项目发展的需求,亟需转变其原有的发展思路与结构形态,以更好应对社会极速变革带来的冲击与挑战。研究从生态系统理论渊源出发阐释系统的协同演化机理与运行机制,从宏观、中观、微观3个层次构建出“三大球振兴”生态系统的协同演化图景。基于国家体育总局调研数据,展现目前“三大球振兴”生态系统的实践样态,探究系统存在的外部环境与内部组织内外牵制、市场逻辑与事业逻辑协同偏差、培养体系与发展理念匹配不足的发展瓶颈,进一步提出系统“开放性-自组织性-稳定性”三位一体的整体发展路径,整合“三大球振兴”生态系统外部环境、内部组织以及生态主体的智慧与力量,共同促进系统的协同演化,以此促成新发展阶段“三大球”项目的发展变革。The increasing complexity of social problems puts forward requirements for the extensive application of natural science and social science research paths.As the main positions of the leading sporting state with basketball,football and volleyball,facing the needs of social change for project development,urgently needs to change their original development ideas and structural patterns to better deal with the impacts and challenges brought by rapid social change.From the theoretical origin of the ecosystem,this study explains the mechanism of the system's synergetic evolution and operation mechanism,and also constructs the synergetic evolution picture of the"revitalization of basketball,football and volleyball"ecosystem from three aspects of the macro,meso and micro levels.At the same time,based on the first-hand information of the survey data from the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China,the study aims to show the current practice pattern of the"revitalization of basketball,football and volleyball"ecosystem,to explore the development bottleneck of the system"external environment and internal and external constraints of the organization-market logic and business logic synergy deviation-training system and development concept mismatch",and also to further propose the overall development paths of the system"openness,self-organization and stability"trinity,integrating the wisdom and strength of the external environment, internal organizations, and ecological subjects of the "revitalization of basketball, football andvolleyball" ecosystem, and jointly promoting the coordinated evolution of the system to promote the developmentand reform of the "basketball, football and volleyball" in the new development stage.
