摘　　要：运用文献资料、数理统计、实地调查等方法,对城乡体育资源要素合理配置的内在逻辑进行解构,厘清影响合理配置的现实困境,继而回答如何进行合理配置。研究认为,城乡体育资源要素合理配置还面临供给主体单一、承接基础薄弱、供给结构失衡及协同融合不足等现实难题,造成乡村体育发展短板明显,制约构建高水平全民健身公共体育服务体系。为此,推动城乡体育资源要素实现合理配置,亟需坚持城乡资源要素优势互补,推动城市优势的人才、组织、资金、科技、设施、赛事等资源要素在乡村地区形成良性汇聚之局,亦需发挥乡村体育文化的优势,促成城乡体育文化互哺发展之势,从而助力宜居宜业和美乡村建设。This paper deconstructs the internal logic of rational allocation of urban and rural sports resource elements,clears out its realistic predicament and answers the question of how to allocate rationally by using the methods of literature data,mathematical statistics and field investigation.The study hold that rational allocation of urban and rural sports resource elements still faces the realistic problems of single supply subject,weak undertaking foundation,unbalanced supply structure and insufficient coordination and integration,which generates the obvious deficiencies for urban and rural sports development,and restricts the construction of a high-level public sports service system for national fitness.Therefore,it is urgent to adhere to the complementation of urban and rural resource elements,and promote the formation of a benign convergence of talents,organizations,funds,science and technology,facilities,events and other resource elements with urban advantages in rural areas to promote the rational allocation of urban and rural sports resource elements,and which is also necessary to take advantages of rural sports culture,promote the mutual feeding of urban and rural sports culture for the ultimate goal is to help the construction of livable,suitable,and beautiful countryside.
