摘　　要：目的探索“一带一路”倡议背景下,针对MBBS(Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery,MBBS)留学生“急诊医学”课程的教学改革策略与实施成效。方法本研究采用文献综述和教育研究成果分析的方法,审视当前急诊医学教学面临的主要挑战,包括语言障碍、教学方法不足等问题。根据安徽医科大学的具体情况和国际学生的特定需求,提出了一系列创新的改革措施。结果研究揭示了当前急诊医学教学存在的问题,特别是在语言沟通和教学方法方面的挑战。还提出了包括现代技术应用、互动式教学方法推广等一系列具体且具有针对性的改革措施,旨在提高教学效率和培养学生的实际操作能力。结论本次教学改革的实施有效完善了课程设置和教学资源,创新了教学方法,为MBBS留学生提供了更高质量的国际化急诊医学教育体验。促进了医学教育领域的国际合作与交流,为“一带一路”共建国家构建健康共同体提供了有力支持。Objective To explore the teaching reform strategies and implementation effectiveness of“Emergency Medicine”course for MBBS international students under the Belt and Road Initiative.Methods This study utilized the research method of both literature review and analysis of educational research outcomes to examine the main challenges currently faced in Emergency Medicine teaching,including language barriers and insufficient teaching methods.Based on the specific situation of Anhui Medical University and the particular needs of international students,a series of innovative reform measures were proposed.Results This study revealed existing problems in Emergency Medicine teaching,particularly challenges in language communication and teaching methods.It also proposed a series of specific and targeted reform measures,including the application of modern technology and the promotion of interactive teaching methods,aimed at improving teaching efficiency and developing students’practical skills.Conclusion The implementation of this teaching reform effectively improved course design and teaching resources,innovated teaching methods,and provided MBBS international students with a higher-quality international Emergency Medicine education experience.It promoted international cooperation and exchange in the field of medical education and provided strong support for building a health community among countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
