摘 要:目的探讨“医学同伴”模式在大学生生殖健康教育中的可行性和有效性。方法选择西安市4所高校的857名大学生,对其进行匿名问卷调查,了解其对于各类生殖健康教育模式的效果感知及对同伴教育模式的认知情况。结果大学生对课堂讲授、新媒体、专家宣讲、同伴教育的感知度分别为56.7%、80.7%、73.0%,以及92.3%;“医学同伴”模式在专业性、经验性、指导性、包容性上的接受度分别为92.6%、88.1%、90.5%,以及84.5%,远高于传统同伴教育模式(χ^(2)分别为148.9、355.3、269.5,以及60.9,P<0.01),但参与过“医学同伴”教育活动的大学生仅占8.5%。结论首先,大学生对同伴教育模式在生殖健康干预中的接受度和认知度较高;其次,传统同伴教育模式在专业性、经验性、指导性、包容性四个维度上同样存在明显不足,表现为实践操作、效果评价等方面的偏差;再次,应重视“医学同伴”模式在大学生生殖健康教育中的应用,充分利用区域医学院校资源,吸纳、组织、培训具有专业医学知识、与大学生年龄相仿的医学院校学生、年轻住院医师等,形成同伴教育团队,具有较强的必要性、可行性和务实性,从根本上保障同伴教育在大学生生殖健康干预领域效能的发挥。Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of“medical peer”mode in reproductive health education for college students.Methods A total of 857 college students from four universities in Xi’an were selected for an anonymous questionnaire survey to understand their perceptions of various reproductive health education modes and their awareness of the peer education mode.Results The perceived effectiveness of classroom lectures,new media,expert lectures,and peer education among college students were 56.7%,80.7%,73.0%,and 92.3%respectively.The acceptance of“medical peer”mode in terms of professionalism,experiential learning,guidance,and inclusiveness were 92.6%,88.1%,90.5%,and 84.5%respectively,significantly higher than those of the traditional peer education mode(χ^(2) were 148.9,355.3,269.5,and 60.9 respectively,P<0.01).However,only 8.5%of college students had participated in“medical peer”education activities.Conclusion Firstly,college students have a high acceptance and awareness of peer education mode in reproductive health intervention.Secondly,traditional peer education mode also has significant shortcomings in professionalism,experiential learning,guidance,and inclusiveness,indicating deviations in practical operations and outcome evaluations.Thirdly,attention should be given to the application of the“medical peer”mode in reproductive health education of college students.Making full use of resources from regional medical colleges and universities,absorbing,organizing and training medical students and young resident physicians with professional knowledge and similar age to college students and forming peer education teams are essential,feasible and pragmatic to ensure the effectiveness of peer education in the field of reproductive health intervention for college students.
