摘 要:随着液晶显示技术(LCD)的快速发展,背光模组的组装精度是提升显示效果和产品可靠性的关键因素。针对背光模组组装中膜材折边的技术难点进行了深入研究,提出了一种创新的三次折边技术,以解决膜材折边过程中的角度控制和回弹量管理问题。通过对材料折边回弹量与折边压力、折压时间、过折角度等因素的关系进行力学仿真计算和试验验证,开发了一种膜材仿形折边机构,实现了折边过程的精确控制。该技术通过预折、初压和复压三个阶段,有效控制了折边角度偏差,可保持在±1.5°,显著提高了背光模组的组装精度。试验结果表明,该技术不仅提升了生产效率,降低了物料损耗和返修率,还确保了背光模组的光学性能,为液晶显示器的高性能和可靠性提供了坚实的基础。With the rapid development of liquid crystal display technology(LCD),the assembly precision of backlight modules is a key factor in improving display performance and product reliability.The technical difficulties offilm folding in backlight module assembly is researched in-depth,and an innovative three fold folding technology is proposed to solve the angle control and rebound management problems in the film folding process.By conducting mechanical simulation calculations and experimental verification on the relationship between the rebound amount of material folding and factors such as folding pressure,folding time,and over folding angle,a membrane material copying folding mechanism has been developed,achieving precise control of the folding process.This technology effectively controls the bending angle deviation through three stages of pre bending,initial pressing,and repressing,keeping it within±1.5°,and significantly improving the assembly precision of the backlight module.The experimental results show that this technology not only improves production efficiency,reduces material loss and repair rates,but also ensures the optical performance of the backlight module,providing a solid foundation for the high performance and reliability of LCD displays.
