电视剧《新笑傲江湖》东方不败形象改编探析

摘　　要：《笑傲江湖》是金庸小说的重要经典,自问世以来成为影视改编的热门IP。金琛版《新笑傲江湖》电视剧对原著进行大胆的创新性演绎,围绕东方不败登上教主之位的人生历程和爱情纠葛,塑造了一个富有新意、颇具争议的人物形象。《新笑傲江湖》人物聚焦由令狐冲扩展至东方不败,构成双线并行的人物叙事,使观众对东方不败这一角色有了较为充分深入的了解,从而拉近了观众与人物的审美距离。东方不败成年后的主动“引刀自宫”是其人生的重要转折,电视剧将此改编为儿童时期的被动“宫刑”,使东方不败随后处心积虑地复仇、阴谋夺权当上“东方教主”有了现实逻辑,但也淡化了原著里的身体隐喻和权力腐蚀人性的批判力度。东方不败由小说里的主动为情而死,改编为被迫与蓝凤凰共赴黄泉,人物命运结局的变化虽然增添了日常生活与民间观念的气息,但同时也削弱了原作对自由精神之表达。The Smiling Proud Wanderer is an important classic of Jin Yong’s novels,and has become a popular IP for film and television adaptations since its inception.Jin Chen’s TV drama The New Smiling Proud Wanderer portrays the original work boldly and innovatively,focusing on the life journey and love entanglement of Dongfang Bubai ascending to the position of the cult leader,shaping a novel and controversial character image.The focus of the characters in The New Smiling Proud Wanderer has expanded from Linghu Chong to Dongfang Bubai,forming a dual parallel character narrative that allows the audience to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Dongfang Bubai,the villainous character,thereby narrowing the aesthetic distance between the audience and the characters.Dongfang Bubai’s active“self-castration”after reaching adulthood was an important turning point in his life.The TV series adapted this into a passive“castration”during his childhood,giving Dongfang Bubai a realistic logic for his subsequent deliberate revenge and conspiracy to seize power and become the“Eastern cult leader”.However,it also downplays the criticism of body metaphors and power corrupting human nature in the original work.Dongfang Bubai,adapted from the novel of dying for love,is forced to go to the underworld with the Blue Phoenix.The cause of death of Dongfang Bubai is adapted from the novel’s voluntary death for love to being forced to go to the underworld with the Blue Phoenix.Although the change in the fate of the characters increases a touch of daily life and folk beliefs,it also weakens the expression of the spirit of freedom in the work.
