摘  要:通过齿轮合理修形能够改善齿轮传动接触状况及降低由几何传动误差产生的振动和噪声,减小齿轮啮入啮出干涉冲击,提高齿轮寿命。以航空发动机附件机匣渐开线圆柱齿轮为例,通过附件机匣整体仿真、离心力影响分析、轮齿热弹耦合分析,确定齿轮修形方案,有效降低了齿轮啮入及啮出位置最大等效应力。通过附件机匣振动测量试验,对比修形前后齿轮振动能量变化规律,结果表明修形后齿轮振动能量降低17%~80%,有效验证了齿轮修形效果。Reasonable modification of gear shape can improve the gear transmission contact condition and reduce the vibration and noise caused by geometric transmission errors,reduce the impact of interference in and out of the gear,and improve the life of the gear.Taking the involute cylindrical gear of aero-engine accessory casing as an example,the gear shape modification scheme was determined through the overall simulation of the accessory casing,the influence analysis of centrifugal force,and the thermal-elastic coupling analysis of the gear teeth,which effectively reduced the maximum equivalent stress of the gear in and out positions.The vibration measurement test of accessory casing was carried out to compare the change law of gear vibration energy before and after the modification.The results showed that the gear vibration energy was reduced by 17%~80%,which effectively verified the gear modification effect.
