摘 要:为了克服现有安全壳隔离阀没有一款成熟的驱动装置的问题,本文提出了驱动装置整体设计结构,详细阐述了该驱动装置的工作特性、结构原理和设计原则。并结合DN1000安全壳隔离阀实例,进行了静载和端部加载的详细计算。根据核安全规范抗震I设备的抗震试验要求,利用抗震试验台、工装和千斤顶进行了抗震试验,验证了其可靠性、完整性和可运行性。试验结果表明含有本设计的驱动装置的安全壳隔离阀的固有频率、振动老化、地震试验和端部加载的测试均符合抗震鉴定要求,并取得了满意的效果。同时,该方案提供了核电站安全壳隔离阀配套用驱动装置的结构思路的有益借鉴。In order to overcome the problem of the lack of a mature driving device for existing containment isolation valves,this article proposes the overall design structure of the driving device,and elaborates on the working characteristics,structural principles,and design principles of the driving device in detail.Combined with the example of DN1000 containment isolation valve,detailed calculations were conducted for static and end loading.According to the seismic testing requirements of nuclear safety regulations for seismic I equipment,seismic tests were conducted using seismic test benches,fixtures,and jacks to verify their reliability,integrity,and operability.The test results show that the natural frequency,vibration aging,seismic testing,and end loading tests of the containment isolation valve containing the driving device of this design meet the seismic identification requirements and have achieved satisfactory results.At the same time,this plan provides the structural concept of the driving device used for the containment isolation valve in nuclear power plants.
